- Associate DVM (VA, South of DC) - $135k base + sign-on bonus, GP private

As a privately-owned, woman-founded practice, we've created an environment where you can practice good medicine without burning out. Our 8:1 support staff ratio means you focus on veterinary work, not paperwork.
- Compensation: $135K guaranteed base salary (+ sign-on bonus) transitioning to production model where experienced doctors here average $300K+

- Schedule: 4 clinical days + 1 surgery day (Mon-Fri), 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, just 1 on-call weekend per month

About Eagles Nest Animal Hospital 
Our Mission is to provide the best quality medicine and customer service at a reasonable price. We are a privately-owned, woman-founded small animal general practice with four dedicated doctors in our brand-new 8,500 sq ft facility. Located in King George, VA (about 1 hour south of DC - no traffic commute). 
- Diverse Caseload: Small animal general practice (mostly cats and dogs with some small mammals) offering comprehensive medical services including internal medicine, theriogenology, dentistry, surgery (plus some ortho), and some oncology.

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VDM) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
License in good standing with the Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine or ability to become licensed in VA prior to your start date
