Clearview Animal Hospital seeks a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our beautiful, independently owned practice in charming Snohomish, WA.
The ideal candidate will be an engaging and approachable professional with strong communication skills among colleagues, support staff, and clients alike.
About the Practice and us
We truly are a family friendly practice. Got a kid? Need child care? We can help. Just ask. Need to pump for that sweet baby, we will make a dedicated, comfy place, that is private with however many breaks you need. Need the morning off for your child’s kindergarten graduation? You got it. Need to bring your little snot-ling to work b/c no one else wants their germs? We got a super comfy couch bed upstairs, Netflix, and freeze pops for their sore throat. Baby on the way or thinking of it in the future? We support 12+ weeks maternity/paternity leave with Washington state paying for family/medical leave.
Love surgery? Awesome you will fit right in. Want to learn complicated soft tissue surgeries? We would love to teach you. Orthopedic surgeries such as TPLO’s and MPL’s are also performed here.
Prefer medicine cases?--the more complicated the better? We have those for you as well.
Would you like more mentorship? We love teaching and learning from each other. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Want to learn rehabilitation, acupuncture, something else? We will send you to seminars, conferences and find you the resources.
If you have any interest in seeing exotics we can support that as well.
Our hospital has been operating in the unincorporated community of Clearview (Snohomish) for over 30 years. Our 2 doctor practice is open 5 days a week, (M – F), and we’re closed Saturday and Sunday. Shifts typically run 10 hours/day. Appointments are set at 30 minutes. No single doctor days as we like to support each other. Our hospital has 3 exam rooms, and it also has a large upstairs lounge area for staff. Other perks include digital x-rays, ultrasound, full in-house labs, dental x-rays, electrocautery, and therapy laser.

As a member of our team, you’ll receive full coverage of medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with employer match, CE and clothing allowance. You’ll also receive 3 weeks paid vacation. No overnight patient boarding or on-call emergencies. 1 week off for CE, and $2,500 for CE, licenses, dues (AVMA, WSVMA, PLIT), etc. Open to negotiation for relocation expenses.
About the Area
In Snohomish, WA you are just a stone’s throw from beautiful stretches of farmland, or an hour’s drive from downtown Seattle as well as an hour’s drive from all the mountains, hiking, and camping you can handle. Downtown Snohomish offers walkability to local restaurants, bars, cafes, and a multitude of shops. The 30-mile Centennial Trail is a popular destination for pedestrians and cyclists. As far as the clinic itself goes, it's located on a beautiful, wooded lot, with plenty of privacy and space for patients to stretch their paws!
