 Looking to add an associate to our growing 5-doctor mixed animal practice in rural Minnesota. Time would be split between our two practice locations Springfield and Redwood Falls, MN.  4-day work week, health insurance, PTO, expense reimbursement for cell phone, internet, vet box rent and mileage if you bring your own truck and box. Can provide a truck and vet box if needed. 3% match to 401k plan once eligible. (after one year employment) CE allowance for registration and travel, professional license and dues, professional liability. Salary is based on experience/negotiable.

Requirements

Must have a DVM/VMD, Federal Accreditation or willingness to obtain and a MN Licensure. Position is based mostly out of the Springfield office with typically 1 day a week in the Redwood Falls office. As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive veterinary care to both companion animals and livestock, including preventative medicine, wellness exams, surgical procedures, and emergency services. You’ll work closely with local producers through herd health consultations and regular on-farm visits, playing a key role in supporting animal health across the region. Collaboration with fellow veterinarians and support staff is encouraged, particularly when managing complex cases. Strong communication skills and accurate medical recordkeeping are essential, and participation in a shared rotating on-call schedule, including nights and weekends, is part of the role.
