We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVT to join our team. We are a privately owned 2 1/2 doctor practice that has been AAHA accredited for over 55 years.  Our doctors still love practicing medicine, and provide exceptional care to both their patients, and their owner's while maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment to their staff members. Requirements

Responsibilities include: 

• Assist veterinarians with examinations and surgical procedures
• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyze samples         
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed      
• Administer and monitor anesthetic patients
• Maintain accurate records for each patient
• Provide education to pet owners regarding care of their pets
• Utilize aseptic techniques to prevent infection during sterile procedures
• Operate diagnostic equipment such as x-ray machines, EKGs etc..
• Perform routine dental cleanings, take dental radiographs, and assist in dental extractions
