Welcome to South Side Animal Hospital!  We have been on the south side of Indianapolis since 1968.  Yes, we have been here for 52 years.  Our close proximity to I465 makes us easily accessible for clients and employees.  We are a four doctor practice, and even after all these years we continue to grow because we value our doctors and staff and our wonderful clients.  You will enjoy working here where we value work-life balance, teamwork, a pleasant atmosphere, and mentoring.

We welcome a new graduate or someone with experience.  Dr. Joe Holder opened the practice and is now retired.  Dr. Mike Jones joined him in 1985.  Dr. Darcie Evans has been here since 2000.  Dr. Jennifer Ridge is a 2019 graduate and started with us out of school.

Each doctor gets one day off during the work week.  We have plenty of support staff.  Each doctor shares in medicine and surgery and we are a full service hospital.  We would love to hear from you!

Hours:

Monday through Friday:  7:30am to 5:30pm.   Closed Saturday and Sunday.
