Who are we- Dilworth Animal Hospital is a family owned 6 doctor small animal/exotic practice that is looking for a 7th associate veterinarian. We recently completed a full rebuild of our facility.  We now have @4,000 square feet of exam room and treatment space with surgery and office space on the second floor. Our facility is in a historic building connected to a new building in Dilworth Historic District 5 minutes from South End and Uptown Charlotte, right smack in the middle of Dilworth.

We have dedicated, high compliance clients that allow us to work up cases and we have the tools to do so (in-house bloodwork, digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, surgical laser, etc…)

Our staff is dedicated and hardworking, (They are pretty awesome… not cool, but definitely awesome.) We like to have a doctor to staff ratio of at least 1:3.  

Who are you- A compassionate and engaged professional that likes to work with a team to make our patients’ lives better. A doctor that places high value on communication and has an appreciation for really working up a case. A sense of humor is a must… mostly because our profession can be ridiculous.

Requirements

Requirements-

-At least 1 year experience

-State vet board license. In good standing with the state.

- A sense of humor.

-Good with dogs and cats.

-At least an appreciation for non-dogs and cats.

-No holidays.
