South Arlington Animal Clinic is actively seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our established small animal general practice in Arlington, Texas. About the Role

As our practice continues to grow, we're seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian who is passionate about small animal medicine, client communication, and team collaboration. Core Competencies

• DVM/VMD from an accredited program
• Licensed (or eligible) in Texas with ability to obtain a DEA license
• Experienced veterinarians preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided
• Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Passion for team development, teaching, and continuous learning
• Interest in future leadership or Medical Director growth is a plus

Location: 3315 S Collins, Arlington TX

Hours: weekdays 7:30am-6pm, Saturdays 8am-1pm

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
